What is TLT?

A coaching modality not classed as therapy because you are guided through the processes/recipes that you do yourself in your own head that remove negative feelings and resolve issues.

Think of it this way. Your mind is like a garden with good beautiful plants and bad weeds. The first bad life experience you had, planted the first seed of a poisonous weed that you will have the rest of your life unless you manually kill it. You add another seed to that variety of weed anytime you have another similar experience or if you pay attention to that weed or it gets triggered, it multiplies.  That’s why focusing on your problems just makes them worse and talk therapy can spread it. Weeds poison your physical body and  everything in your life. How weedy is your garden?

TLT uses a kill chain to eliminate the weeds.

A kill chain is a series of decisions that eliminates a problem. It reduces the distance between you and a problem by eliminating much of the dialogue that goes with talk therapy. 

TLT is a revolution in how the mind and body work together regarding emotions, behaviors, and issues. It underlies the role of chemistry (emotionology research) relative to how you feel. It is the result of research and years of developments and learning after working with hundreds of individuals. It also explains the role of chemistry in addictions and how to nix it. 

If you exercise and eat healthy but don’t get rid of the weeds. Negative emotions are like taking poison pills that undo every other healthy thing you are trying to do for yourself… resulting in deteriorating health, possible mental problems and lower quality of life.

I know it is hard to believe this is easily possible when those bad feelings take over. But you just have to be willing to try it and afterwards you will immediately feel the difference which is a chemical change in your body.

Do you want to keep your weeds of emotional pain such as fear, anxiety and rage? Or would you like an easy way to stop it before that chemistry damages your brain, body, and mind? If you want to remain a victim to it, that is also fine too. .

Not everyone understands this process. And you don’t have to understand it to have it work. 

Different negative emotion are different seed varieties of bad plants. Some are more difficult to root out than others. The easiest and quickest ones are fear and anxiety.  The kill chain for some others are a little more complicated. 

Seeds are events through your life that started the proliferation of a larger thought structure which is something that gets in the way of your happiness. 

Whatever you put into your body or do with your body affects you. You experience life through your physical being. It can be through something you put in your mouth, how much you exercise, or your thoughts.

Was originally a trainer in NLP Neuro-linguistic Programming and eventually did the research on how and why the NLP techniques worked naming it Emotionology – the science of thinking. Over time, the word Emotionology didn’t fit as people confused that with therapy. 

Also, after many years of working with people, with new discoveries  the work transformed to something quite different and unusual. We were able to shorten the process having a greater understanding after research and develop new techniques.

We developed a set of ideas that worked for happiness. 

We also discovered that we are constantly living in 2 very different worlds. A positive world and a negative world. And how we think brings either world to us creating our future. 

We called what we do Emotionology but later realized that people thought they would be coming for therapy and then tell us too much and waste a lot of time so we had to rename it.
